How to prevent your hair from thinning


Poor diet may cause hair thinning
                                
    Eat healthy food with plenty of protein like fish, lentils and beans. Don’t use long lasting styling products
                                                 


        They usually contain a lot of alcohol which makes hair dry and brittle.
 Stop wearing tight hairstyles
                                                
 They put an excessive pressure on the hair follicles, and destroying  them permanently.
Don’t use hot styling tools
                                                   
  Constant changes in temperature damage your hair and destroy protein in it.
 Don’t untangle your hair when they’re wet
                                         
         It’s better to minimize post shower brushing
Don’t take steamy showers
                                            
         Hot water dehydrates your hair making it dry and more prone to falling out.
 Always wear a hat when you sunbathe
                                  

         Prolonged UV exposure causes the layers of the cuticles to weaken and break.
  Birth control pills 
                                         
         They may cause hair loss, if a woman is too sensitive to hormones in them.
